The gap between the driver pin and the shaft should be the same as the actuator stroke. As a
result, the lever has an ideal rotational range of 60° (see “Fig. 24”).
Position sensor angular range:
The maximum angular range of the position sensor is 180°.
Rotational range of the lever:
To ensure that the position sensor works with good resolution, the rotational range must be
between 30° and 120°.
The scale printed on the lever is not relevant.
