Getting started
•
Start your BURG-WÄCHTER WIFI camera (see above for camera models).
•
Connect the recorder to your router using the supplied network cable
Note:
The recorder itself is not WIFI-enabled. However, it supports WIFI devices.
•
Use the supplied power adapter / power cord to connect the recorder to
power. The recorder will boot automatically once connected to power
(there is no ON / OFF power button). During the booting process, you will
hear a beep sound.
•
The router will assign an IP address to the camera and to the recorder
(via DHCP).
Note:
The camera and the recorder have to be in the same network
(IP number range) as the router.
•
Insert the supplied CD into your PC / laptop drive and start the Config Tool.
