Question:   Do I have to turn the machine on and off?

• 

Answer:  No.  You can program the machine to turn on and off by itself.

Question:   What if I need service for the slush machine?  

• 

Answer:  Contact PepsiCo Customer Service Ops Center (CSOC) at 1-877-386-4567

Question:   What do I do if the unit doesn’t refill after I clean the unit?  

• 

Answer:  First, make sure the auger switch 

  is in the REFILL ON mode (press until the screen 

says AUGER REFILL ON). Second, make absolutely sure the probe that is in the barrel is 

clean – it might look clean, but take a warm rag or towel and clean anyway. Third, contact 

PepsiCo Customer Service Ops Center (CSOC) at 1-877-386-4567.

Question:   What happens if the screen states CHANGE FILTER?  

• 

Answer:  Press the GOURMET button and hold for 5 seconds. Press and release to scroll through the 

menus until you reach 6 MONTH PM SETTING. Press ULTRA (-) or ICE (+).
