GRIND ADJUSTMENT

1.

Place an empty bag on the tray, with the back of bag behind the dispense chute.

2.

Start the grinder to clean the grind chamber.  Leave grinder "ON".

3.

Turn the Grind Selector knob to the "O" (ESPRESSO)  position.

4.

Use a small flat blade screwdriver to loosen the two set screws located on the grind selector knob.

5.

Hold the knob in the "O" position with one hand.

6.

Using a large flat blade screwdriver, slowly turn the large adjusting screw in the center of the grind selector
knob to the right (clockwise) until a metallic whine is heard.

7.

While holding the knob in the "O" position, back off the screw to the left (counter clockwise) just until the
metallic whine ceases.

8.

Turn off the grinder.

9.

Tighten one set screw in the grind selector knob.

10. Turn knob to the "2" position.
11. Holding the knob in the "2" position, loosen set screw tightened in step 9.
12. Holding a large flat blade screwdriver on the large adjusting screw to prevent it from turning, turn the knob

back to the "O" (ESPRESSO) position, then tighten both set screws.

CLEANING

The use of a damp cloth rinsed in any mild, non-abrasive, liquid detergent is recommended for cleaning all

surfaces on Bunn-O-Matic equipment.  Regular cleaning will keep your grinder looking new for years.
