Remove the two bolts that attach the pillion peg bracket and remove the assembly.

Attach  the  left  side  pannier  rack  to  the frame  with  the  included  M6  x  40mm  bolts,  M6  washers,  and  spacers.   Two 
20mm spacers are used in the upper mounting points and two 23mm spacers are used in the lower mounting points.
