Contacting Technical Support
Technical support is open Monday-Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.,
Mountain Standard Time.
Reduced level services are available for emergencies after
hours.

You should have all of the following items available when
contacting technical support:

Your ECM Tuner
•
Your vehicle
•
A computer with Internet access
Checking GT Status
There are two different aspects of the ECM Tuner that can
affect whether or not it can be installed on a vehicle.
1. If the tune on the ECM Tuner has been installed on a
vehicle, it is locked and cannot be installed until it has
been uninstalled from the original vehicle.
2. If the speed limiter has been adjusted with the ECM
Tuner Special Features, it is locked and cannot be
installed on another vehicle until it has been uninstalled
from the original vehicle.
To Check the Status of the ECM Tuner:
1. Go to the Main Menu (top left button).
2. Highlight
Show Settings
(right buttons).
3.
SELECT
the highlighted option (bottom left button).
4. The status of the ECM Tuner is listed on the top line of
the first screen.
