Operation
1. Add water to the water bath.
Note: the water level (after the food is put in) should be higher than the MIN
but lower than the MAX markings on the machine.
2. Turn on by pressing the On/Off button at the back of the machine.
3. Press the Temperature Display button °C / °F to set the unit to display °C or °F.
Note: Default setting is °C. After choosing °C or °F, the appliance will remember
your setting for future use.
4. Press
TIME
and
TEMP
to set working time and
temperature.
5. After setting time and temperature, press
to start the unit heating. Pressing
will
stop the unit heating.
Note: The appliance is designed to hold temperature with lid on. It will not hold
temperature without lid.
6. When the water reaches the desired temperature place the food to be cooked into the water bath.
Note: Before Sous Vide cooking, the food should be vacuum packed first.
7. When set time has expired the Sous Vide will beep. Press
to stop the appliance heating.
Note: The appliance will go on beeping every 20 seconds. If there is no action
by the operator the water temperature will be held at the pre-set temperature.
