Removal: Sprocket Side
1.
Remove the bearing seal from the sprocket side.
2.
Fit the collet to the outer bearing.
3.
Set the large spacer over the wheel hub.
4.
Lightly apply pressure lubricant to the threads of the forcing
screw.
5.
Insert a ball bearing and thread the forcing screw into the
bearing remover.
6.
Hold the collet and turn the forcing screw to expand the
bearing remover and to seat the bridge on the spacer.
7.
Hold the forcing screw and turn the nut clockwise to pull
the outer bearing out of the wheel hub.
8.
Fit the bearing remover to the inner bearing.
9.
Set the large diameter spacer over the wheel hub.
10. Insert a ball bearing and thread the forcing screw into the
bearing remover.
11. Hold the bearing remover and turn the forcing screw to
expand the bearing remover and to seat the bridge on the
wheel hub.
12. Hold the forcing screw and turn the nut clockwise to pull
the inner bearing out of the wheel hub.
Installation: Brake Rotor Side
1.
Assemble the BOLT (Part No. B-50019-8) (1) from the
Buell bearing installer kit and the smaller BEARING
INSTALLER (Part No. B-50019-3) (2).
2.
Fit rotor side bearing with the engraved letters facing out.
3.
Insert the bolt through the bearing and slide on the large
BEARING INSTALLER (Part No. B-50019-4), the bearing
and the washer from the H-D bearing installation kit.

. Install and tighten the nut to press the
rotor side bearing into the wheel race.
