Operating your answering machine from another phone

1. When you have accessed your answering machine, the main menu lets

you operate it using the keypad numbers on the phone you are using.

Simply follow the instruction as announced:

“To hear main menu, press 1”

“To play messages, press 2”

“To skip back during messages, press 4”

“To delete during messages, press 5”

“To skip forward during messages, press 6”

“To toggle between answer only and answer and record, press 7”

“To play outgoing message, press 8”

“To record a new outgoing message, press 9”

“To set answer on/off, press 0”
