Extraordinary maintenance 

Extraordinary maintenance means to inspect all parts 
of the heat exchanger completely. 

Natural acid liquid should be used for extraordinary 
maintenance, the volume of acid will depend on the 
level of fouling. 

1.  Open the heat exchanger. 

2.  Remove gaskets from the plates.

 

3.  Remove  deposits  using  a  soft  brush  and  running 

water. 

.4. Rinse with water using a high pressure hose.
