Cleaning the cookware before using it for the first time

Clean the cookware with warm
soapy water and a soft sponge.

Dry the cookware with a cloth.

Mix three parts water and one part
lemon juice or vinegar together to
form a mixture.

To protect the stainless steel sur-
face against stains and oxidation,
simmer the mixture in the non-
coated stainless steel cookware
for 15 minutes.

Incorrect assembly or improper use

water or steam escaping.

espresso maker so that the safety

body.

heard, reduce the power level.
