Using the On-screen Keyboard
1. Move the 5-way navigator up / down / left / right to select the character.

Basic Workouts
You can create a workouts based on the time and heart rate zone.
1. In the Training menu, use the 5-way
navigator to to select
To plan > Basic
.
2. Set your time and the desired zone type.
3. When finished, use the 5-way navigator
to highlight
Start
and press the center of
the 5-way navigator to confirm.
4. A “Do you want to save it to my workout?”
message appears on the screen. To save
the data, use the 5-way navigator to
highlight
and press the center of
the 5-way navigator to confirm.
5. Enter the workout name using the on-
screen keyboard.
6. Go for a ride. Press to start training
and recording log.
