INFORMATION
The battery is now ready for operation and can be driven via terminal 15 or via the CAN,
see chapter
6.9 Regulation and Control System
The switching on of the battery (switching of the main contactors during pre-charging) is very easily
heard and can therefore be used as a monitor.

Unpacking the Battery
WARNING
Suspended load!
Crushing danger!
When lifting the battery out of the transportation box it can fall if the lifting device slips or if the crane
is operated in the wrong way!
Never go underneath the battery!
Observe the loading limits when choosing a lifting device (145 kg net-weight battery)!
PROCEDURE STEP

1.
Remove the lid of the transportation box.

Remove the air bag and other packaging materials
from the transportation box.

3.
Lead a tension belt (1) suitable for this weight
between
the
wooden
planks (2)
under
the
battery (3).
4.
Lead a second tension belt under the battery along
with this.

5.
Position a suitable hoisting device (e.g. forklift) over
the centre of the battery.
