1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The Brunton Company warrants the Outback Electronic Compass against all
defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of
the original purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. This Warranty does not apply if the Outback has been subjected to physical abuse,
improper installation modification, or the serial number has been removed.
2. This Warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper battery use.
3. THERE ARE NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH
EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE HEREOF, AND THE BRUNTON COMPANY
IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE OUTBACK
COMPASS THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS. YOU
MAY HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO
STATE.

The consumer is responsible for any transportation, shipping
or insurance related to the return of this product. If returning the Outback
directly to Brunton, authorization and proof of place and date
of purchase is needed.
