Clean Up
Remove tank,
Refer to product label for
proper disposal of unused
solution.
Rinse tank with water.
For preventative
maintenance: Rinse nozzle
with hot water after every
couple of uses. (Instructions
for nozzle removal and
wrench included in case.)

Spray
Turn on the unit and squeeze the
trigger. Optimum sprayer distance is 2
feet (24 inches).

Adjust Nozzle
Rotate the nozzle
to select the
medium (80
micron) or large
(110 micron)
setting.
BHC recommends
80 and 110
micron nozzles
for use with our
disinfectants.

Connect Tank
Align tank grooves
into slide rail,
lower machine
onto tank. (Listen
for a "click")
Rotate collar to
lock icon position.

Fill Tank
BruTab 6S:
If using pre-diluted BruTab
6S solution, fill the tank with
disinfectant solution.
For Disinfectant Solution use
3.3g tablet as follows:
1. Fill reservoir with 1 quart (32
oz) clean water.
2. For minimum 5382 ppm (4
minute TB) add 5 tablets.
3. For minimum 4306 ppm (4
minute C. diff, 1 minute Norovirus
and Bloodborne pathogens) add
4 tablets.
4. For a minimum 1076 ppm (10
minute Hospital Use) add 1 tablet.
Allow to completely dissolve
before using.

Remove Tank
Rotate collar to unlock
icon position.
Pull locking ring to
remove.
Lift unit off the tank.

Charge Battery
This side is fully
illuminated when
charged.
(2 hour charge time)
Note: If wet, the battery will not work or charge. Keep
liquids from touching battery and charger contacts. Wipe
battery and charger contacts with dry cloth immediately if
they come into contact with liquids.
