Step 1

Attach Mounting Plate (C) to Column (B) using Flat Washer (1), Spring
Washer (2) and Allen Bolt (3). Fully tighten all bolts with Allen Key (4).
Step 2
:
Attach Bottom Shelf (D) to Column (B) using Flat Washer (1), Spring
Washer (2) and Allen Bolt (3). Fully tighten all bolts with Allen Key (4).
