Assembly

16

1.  Install tailwheel stem into fork holder tube, placing collar over stem and inserting roll key 

through collar and stem.

2.  Raise A-frame from its shipping position to its operational position (almost perpendicular to 

the cutter deck).  Remove bolt holding Flex-link toggle to the A-frame.  Install A-frame braces 

to outside  surface of A-frame and replace bolt.  

Note: keep top toggle in position when 

reinstalling A-frame bolt.

3. Bolt the rear end of the A-frame brace to the mounting bracket near the read or the machine deck. 

4.  Tighten all bolts securely.
