Filling bottles:
-
Make sure that the amount of extracted juice collected in the external vessel is no more than 4
liters.
-
Put a bottle underneath the juice tap. Do not hold the bottle while filling it. Thermal shock may
cause the bottle to break; it may be wise to put the bottle in a saucepan.
-
Open the tap and fill the bottle.
-
If the bottle cannot be filled in one go, pour the juice back over the fruit and wait until there is
enough juice to fill the bottle completely.
-
Immediately
seal the bottle hermetically. Let the bottles cool down slowly.
The average time varies between 90 and 180 minutes, depending on the type of fruit.
If no more large amounts of juice comes out of the tap, the extraction can be considered finished.
