1)  Close the front cover. 
2)  Open the cover MSI. 
3)  While pulling the left hand side of the cover MSI, release the boss of the tray ASSY 

base from the slot in the cover MSI. 

4)  Repeat for the right hand side. 
5)  Lower the front of the cover MSI unit the cover MSI releases from the printer.
