Disassembly of ADF & Document Cover ASSY (For models with ADF)

Document pressure bar

(1) At the front and rear ends of the document pressure bar, pull the lock arms outwards to

release the document pressure bar. The spring also comes off.

Note:

When handling the document pressure bar, be careful not to stain or scratch the white

reference film on the bar.
