Thread take-up lever and needle bar crank attachment
1. Apply a light covering of MOLYKOTE EM-30L to the thread take-up
lever attachment section of the needle bar crank

3. Apply a light covering of MOLYKOTE EM-30L to the shaft of the thread
take-up lever

4. Attach the thread take-up lever assembly

to the thread take-up lever link

, and then attach the needle bar crank rod

to the needle bar crank

and the needle bar block

*Key point
• Move the shaft

to the right, and then attach the thread take-
up lever assembly 4 .
5. Tighten the screw

6. Temporarily tighten the needle bar block

and the needle thread block

with the screw
