7.1.4 - CREATING A NEW PROJECT ON

To start a new project, select New on the project m anagem ent screen. Once the New Project
Wizard launches:
1. Enter a project nam e
2. Select a canvas size, Low Latency m ode is autom atically enabled on Tessera T1 and M2
LED Processors if canvas sizes other than 1920x1080 are used. Ticking the Enable HDR
checkbox will m odify the EDID of the processor (SX40 and S8) signalling to the source that
it is able to receive HDR video.
3. The Tessera SX40 and S8 feature custom resolutions. See Custom Canvas Resolution on
page 66 for m ore inform ation.
4. Seam Brightness, Module Colour correction, Low Latency Mode, and Loop/Processor
Redundancy can be enabled from this m enu.
5. Click Create to m ove to canvas edit m ode.
N OTE The project is autom atically saved to the processor’s internal storage but can also be
saved to a USB storage device. See Project Managem ent on page 61 for m ore
inform ation.
