Install the replacement cylinder.
Be sure the brand name "Domkat" is in the upright
orientation

Using a 7/16” wrench reposition the “C” bracket back into
position, both sides. Reinstall bottom fasteners, both
sides.

Using a 19mm wrench, reinstall top fasteners through
upper cylinder shaft (use previous locating hole).
