The  fan  is  designed  to  increase  speed  quickly.  During  steam  cock 
chuff  times,  a  larger  amount  of  smoke  (from  normal  chuffs)  is 
desired.  This  value  determines  the  fan  speed  during  the  steam cock 
chuff  times  Increasing  this  value  increases  the  fan  speed,  while 
decreasing  thei  value  decreases  the  fan  speed.  Increasing  this  value 
makes the smoke push up higher, but thinner.
