WIRING.
RF OUTPUT. Refer to Figure 2-1 and connect a coaxial cable (located in the accessory kit) between the RF
OUTPUT connector on the exciter rear-panel and a 50 Ohm RF load capable of dissipating the output of the
exciter.

GROUND. Ensure a ground wire is connected from terminal 4 of the exciter rear-panel terminal board to earth
ground.
REMOTE CONTROL. The FX-50/E exciters are designed for remote control operation (refer to Figure 2-1). The
exciter will interface with almost any remote control unit or panel. The following text presents a description of
the remote control and indicator functions.
