1.0 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
BCI’s 4890-SP-D-4S is a high performance HDCP compliant DVI
distribution amplifier. It allows same DVI or HDMI signal source to split
up to four identical and buffered displays for multi-viewing purposes. The
4890-SP-D-4S has a built-in EDID and HDCP bypass that ensures
each output can be displayed. HDMI source and display are compatible
by using the HDMI to DVI adaptor cable. It supports a wide range of
PC and HDTV resolutions from VGA to UXGA and 480p to 1080p. This
4890-SP-D-4S can be cascaded up to 3 layers. Each of the buffered
output can run up to 15 meters.
2.0 OPERATION CONTROLS AND FUNCTIONS
Front Panel

DVI input: Connect to the DVI or HDMI output of your source
equipment such as DVD player or PC graphic card.

DVI output 1: Connect to the digital input of your first display.
3.
Sync LED: The LED will illuminate when the source signal is
connected.
4.
Power input: Plug the supplied 5VDC power supply into the unit
and the LED will illuminate when connected.
