SERVICE
GETTING QUALITY SERVICE

- Do not allow material to remain in the hamper for extended
periods of time. Clean the hamper using a water hose and
allow to dry prior to storage.
- Check all moving parts for wear and freedom of movement.
- Routine lubrication of the pinion and dowel pin is required.
We recommend in the fall before storage as a minimum.
Remove, clean and lubricate the dowel pin (21) inside the
drive pinions (24 & 25) with a light oil such as WD40, 3 in 1,
or similar. Do not use motor oil or grease.
- Check the drive pinions for wear. These are considered normal
wear parts. Contact our Customer Service Department to
purchase replacement drive pinions (Part Numbers R-2485-
RH and R-2485-LH).
- Lubricate the wheels annually with multipurpose grease.
- Check all fasteners for tightness.
- Inspect for rust on painted surfaces. Sand lightly andtouch
up damaged areas with enamel paint.
