the two levers by hooking the oval of
the upper level over the end of the
Lower Lever (

1. Slide the small grip (

end of the Upper Lever (

3. Starting between the lower lever (

) and the
hopper, pointing at an upward angle:
Run the 5/16 x 3/4” bolt (

) through the two levers.
4. Secure in place with a 5/16” lock washer (

) and 5/16” hex nut (
