Attach leg cap to left cart legs.

Step 6

Insert wheel axle into one axle cap,
then insert a wheel and wheel
washer onto the axle (with flat side
of wheel facing out toward axle
cap). Slide axle assembly through
holes in right side legs. Place
second wheel washer and wheel
on axle (with flat side facing out
toward axle cap) and push second
axle cap into place.

Attach the rear cart brace/tank heat
shield to the rear legs of the cart
frame assembly using two
#8 self-tapping screws (black).
