Step 5

Remove control knob and bezel from side
burner assembly. Remove old burner valve,
then insert the conversion side burner valve
assembly through the hole in the side burner
table base. Firmly seat the valve nozzle into the
burner venturi. Replace side burner bezel with
screws used previously and re-attach side
burner control knob.

Step 6

Remove igniter cap and battery from igniter.
Remove lock nut to allow igniter to hang freely
from control panel.

Step 7

Loosen gas manifold nut.
