Step 9
Place dripping tray on bottom of
roaster cart.
Step 10
Hook cooking grates together using
‘S’ hooks, place cooking grates
directly above dripping tray.
Step 11
Attach temperature gauge through
the hole in the side panel. Secure
with wing nut.
Step 12
Place ash pan on top of roaster cart.
Rest charcoal grate on lid.
