Phenomenon: Showing that the network is not working.
1.Possible Reason: The Internet is not working?
Solution
: Use computer to access the network to test whether the network can work properly.
Firstly, remove cable failure, network failure caused by computer virus, firewall block, until the
computer can ping each other.
2.Possible reason: IP address is occupied by other devices?
Solution
: disconnect the connection between network monitoring equipment and network,
connect network monitoring equipment and computer separately, and set IP address according to
correct operation.
3.Possible Reasons: Are computer IP addresses and network devices located in different
segments or subnet works?
Solution:
Check the IP address and subnet mask address of the server and the settings of the
gateway.

Solution:
Restore to factory default status by reset button of server, then reconnect.
