3. Mount a leader hose (not included) by hand into the air 

    inlet (C). (See Figure 3)

1. Remove the air inlet protective cap from the air inlet (C). 

    (See Figure 1)

NOTE

   Use thread sealant tape (not included) on the male 

plug and tighten it with a wrench for airtight connection. 

Do not overtighten.

4. Loosen the collet jacket (F) counterclockwise by hand or 

    with the large wrench (H) while holding the small wrench (I) 

    on the flats of the collet holder (E). (See Figure 4)

5. Insert the grinding accessory into the collet (G). 

    (See Figure 5)

6. Tighten the collet jacket (F) clockwise with large wrench (H) 

    while holding the small wrench (I) on the flats of the collet 

    holder (E). Make sure that the grinding stone is installed 

    securely and tightly. (See Figure 6)   

7. Connect air supply hose to the leader hose.

     WARNING    

 Only use grinding accessories that have 

an RPM rating equal to or greater than the tool itself.

8. Set the working pressure at 90 PSI/6.3 bar for best tool 

    performance.

2. Place 2-3 drops of air tool oil (not included) into the male 

    plug before each use. (See Figure 2)
