Appliance is in ‘Standby’ mode/ 
position

Place an Induction compatible 
saucepan/pot on top of the glass 
ceramic plate. 

HOT

To warn the user the glass is hot 
after normal use.

Do not touch hot glass. Fan and 
display will turn off when cooled 
down.

E0

Induction Cooking failed does not 
work

Appliance is to be taken to an 
authorised Breville Service 
Centre inspection, repair and/or 
replacement.

Err

Non-compatible induction saucepan/
pot has been used.

Use an induction compatible 
saucepan/pot.

The appliance has detected no pot 
on the glass ceramic plate.

Appliance has overheated

Allow the appliance to cool down, 
press power on/off   button remove 
saucepan/pot and cool appliance 
before switching power on.

Incorrect voltage

Ensure the appliance is plugged into 
a 230/240V power outlet.
