Place the assembled jug (9) on to the motor base (7) and press down
until securely engaged.
Note:
the Blender will
NOT
start if the Assembled Jar is not
correctly in place.
Using Your Blender:
1. Place the ingredients you wish to process into the glass jug.
2. Place the lid on the glass jug and close securely. Place the measuring cap
into the hole in the lid and turn clockwise to lock.
3. Switch on the motor base:
Attention:
First use may cause a slight odor or small smoking upon heating,
it is normal. This is a result of the heating element chemical reaction. It
quickly goes away.

After using the Blender, turn the Control Knob to the "0" position, and
then unplug the product from the electrical outlet.
WARNING
: Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when it
is not in use or will be left unattended.

To remove the glass jug just lift it up. You do not have to rotate the glass
jug to remove it
Useful Tips:
To achieve the best results when pureeing solid ingredients, place
small portions into the Glass Blender one by one instead of placing a
large quantity all at once.
If you are processing solid ingredients, cut them into small pieces (2-
3cm) first.
