PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The buttons do not illuminate and
the dispenser does not work.
Power off
Plug in, press the On/Off button to
position «I».
The dispenser does not work.

Key Lock mode
Press the button for 3 seconds to
unlock the machine.
Slow water flow /
Selected volume is not dispensed
Scale deposit
Descale the machine by using citric
acid.
Low water level
Turn off the power, fill the water
tank, restart the machine.
The dispenser produces only steam
but does not dispense hot water.

Descale the machine by using citric
acid.
Low water level
Turn off the power, fill the water
tank, restart the machine.
Abnormal water color or smell
Water tank is not cleaned Clean the water tank
