on the table.
When using 2 appliances together, please use the plastic buckle to
connect them.
3/ USING YOUR APPLIANCE
1. Plug the appliance in the mains socket.
• Appliances are placed away from the walls when in use.
2. Grease the grill plate and mini pans slightly with butter.
3. Switch on the appliance.
4. Cut the meat into little pieces in order to minimize the preparation
time.
5. Spice the food.
6. Place the food to be cooked on the grill plate.
7. Cook the food until it is done.
• Preparation time depends on the type and thickness of the
food. For a good result we advise to turn the food several times
during grilling.
8. Remove the food from the plate using a plastic or wooden spatula.
9. When you have finished cooking, switch off the appliance and
unplug it from the mains socket. Let it completely cool down before
cleaning.
Using mini pans
Your Raclette can also give the prepared food a crisp crust. Place the
food in a mini pan. Add a slice of tomato or mushroom. Then add a
little cheese or a slice of cheese. Place the mini pan under the grill
plate. Remove the mini pan, when the food in the pan gets a dark
colour. Allow the melted cheese to cool down.
