The fryer should be wiped out with absorbent paper then with a damp cloth and a
little washing up liquid and finally with a dry cloth.

The exterior can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Never use abrasives or scouring pads.

The basket can be washed in warm soapy water.

The upper lid can be disassembled by unscrewing with a coin, and it is helpful for
cleaning. After cleaning, please dry it then tighten the screw with a coin.

Carefully dry the fryer and the oil tank.
