between 0 and ½ hour (use the chart for
guidance, point 5), depending on the food
you are going to cook. Once the selected
time has passed, a bell will ring to signal
the end of the frying.

7. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Before cleaning the fryer, unplug it and
wait for it to cool down.

Open the lid

of oil.

Remove the overflow

element and the body into water.

6. SAFETY AND PROTECTION
DEVICES
•
The fryer has a safety limit switch which
prevents the oil from becoming too hot.
If the fryer is not working, it is possible
that the limit switch may have been
activated and that the power supply
has been cut off. This may be due to
the fryer having been used without any
oil or with an insufficient amount of it
in the bowl. In this case, make sure
that the level of the oil is above the
minimum and after leaving the fryer to
cool down, press the restart button

so that it goes to the normal position.

The fryer also has a protection device

to ensure that the fryer is only used
when the heating element is properly
positioned in the fryer
(fig. 4)
. If the
fryer is not working, check whether the
heating element is positioned correctly.
