3) USING YOUR MACHINE
a) Use of the machine
 Coffee (70°C)
Step 1:
- Put the coffee machine on a dry, flat, non-slip surface, out of reach of children and plug it
in
- Pull the piston up vertically and take it out
- Fill the coffee machine with water. The water level must not exceed the "MAX" sign (1 l)
- Put back the lid keeping the piston vertical and put the coffee maker on its base.
- Press the Power button twice. The indicator light comes on at 70°C and the water starts
to boil.
Step 2:
- Once the water is hot the light flashes. Delicately lift the lid of the coffee machine holding
it by the handle
- Put the ground coffee in the water (about 1 tablespoon per cup)
- Put the lid back on placing the piston at the top of the machine. Do not press on the piston.
Allow the mixture to infuse for between 4 and 10 minutes depending on the intensity
required
- Hold the pot firmly by the handle and press gently downwards on the piston with your
hand. For best results, maintain a minimum pressure, pushing the piston down slowly and
regularly.
