b) Before Using for the First Time
Unpack the machine and remove all the paper and plastic. Make sure no pieces of
packaging remain inside or outside the machine. Make sure that any wedges located
under the fondue pot are removed.
Wash the fondue pot, the fork holder, the forks and the lid with soapy water; rinse and
then dry them carefully.
Place the machine on a clean, flat, firm surface where it will be used during the meal.

USING YOUR MACHINE
a) Putting into Service
1. Put the oil, cheese or any other ingredient into the fondue pot adhering to the "MIN/MAX"
levels shown on the wall.
Note: You can pre-heat the preparation beforehand on your cooker or hob for a faster result.
2. Place the portable heater in the centre of the table.
3. Place the fondue pot on the heater.
4. Plug in the machine.
5. Adjust the thermostat button to the position shown in the Cooking Guide Page 10.
6. Allow to pre-heat for about 10 minutes until the preparation reaches the desired
temperature.
