Pre-Installation Information
General Information
The Keltech Portable Tankless Water Heater Solutions includes heavy-duty carts for moving the heater safely and
efficiently to the point of use for instant and precise temperature-controlled hot water . To ensure proper performance,
install the heater to the cart utilizing these instructions and following the installation instructions included with the
Keltech Electric Tankless Water Heater model shipped with the cart . Ensure compliance with applicable national and
local codes .
Storage Instructions
NOTICE! Keep Keltech Portable Carts stored in original packaging until installation.
Recommended storage criteria:
Store Keltech Products where temperatures exceed 35°F (2°C) at all times .
Indoor storage is required .
Mounting Heater to Cart

Utilize a team lift, fork truck or overhead
crane to set heater in a vertical, upright
position on the cart . Be sure the Heater
door is facing away from the cart push
handle and the water outlet is located at
the top .

With the heater door open, align holes in
bottom of heater enclosure with mounting
holes in top side of pedestal on cart .
NOTICE! Always fill heater with water before
turning on power to the heater to
prevent damage to heating elements.

Secure heater to pedestal using 3/8" (10mm)
anchor bolts (8 places for CNA, 6 places for
C1N and C2N) .
3/8"-16 x 3/4" Hex Bolt
3/8" Split Washer
3/8"-16 Nut
CNA Heater shown .
C1N and C2N are similar .
