5.9 Trouble shooting
Fault Cause Remedy
Electric power supply interrupted. - Check whether the implement
has been switched on.
- Check whether the electric
power supply has been
interrupted.
Processor error
Under- or overvoltage supply.
Other outside disturbances.
- Switching off the implement.
- Wait for 5 seconds.
- Switch on the Implement.
No temperature display
None of the above-mentioned
causes is applicable.
- Contact a skilled electrician.
Implement not switched on. - Switch on the implement.
Processing temperature has not
been correctly set.
- Set the processing temperature
in accordance with chapter
"Setting the processing
temperature" page 18.
The rated value for the processing
temperature has been set too low. - Increase the rated value.
Safety-thermostat has been
tripped.
- Let the implement cool down.
Temperature control defective. - Contact the maintenance
service.
Temperature does not rise
Microprocessor defective. - Contact the maintenance
service.
Drain plug for condensate is
opened. - Close the drain plug.
Leakage on the air ducting.
- Check all visible connections.
- Contact the maintenance
service.
Spraying pressure drops
repeatedly
Agent feed pump defective.
- Contact the maintenance
service.
Agent-nozzle clogged.
- Clean the agent-nozzle using
hot water.
Jelly in the jelly container is not
cold or liquid.
- Check the jelly.
No agent flow
Agent hose does not heat. - Contact the maintenance
service.
Agent-nozzle clogged. - Clean the agent-nozzle using
hot water.
Spray gun does not shut
Seal kit defective. - Renew the seal kit.
The jelly has not been mixed
properly, contains e. g. lumps or is
warm. - Check the jelly.
The jelly is not liquid. - Check the jelly.
Agent-nozzle does not spray
evenly
The jelly is warm and jellied
already inside the jelly container. - Exchange the jelly.
