Regular maintenance increases the life cycle of the hydraulic system:
1.
Do a weekly check that all hoses and connections are in good condition and whether there are any leaks.
2.
If one or more hydraulic hoses are damaged, they must be replaced.
3.
Make sure that the hoses do not come into contact with sharp edges.
4.
Make sure that there are no kinks or sharp bends in the hoses.
5.
Check the suction hose/filter from the tank to the pump regularly.
6.
When in doubt about damage or leaks, always replace the hoses or contact your dealer.
Always check the hydraulic pump system!
If you hear a squealing noise coming from the pump, this could mean that there is air in it or there is not enough oil
in the circuit:
1.
Stop using the machine.
2.
Find the fault.
3.
If you cannot fix the problem, contact your dealer.
