3.6 User Accounts
User Accounts are the mechanism that we use to give people access to resources on the computer or network.
These resources can include things such as files and folders, printers, applications, and so on. When logging on,
a user is authenticated (proves their identity) to the computer or network, by providing the correct combination
of User Account Name and a Password.

When logging on that used “Administrator account” (password:9999), you will see the screen above.
General user logon, you just can see the screen below. And user can only change password himself,
can’t add new account.
