Read and understand the manual before using this crowd gate.

Make sure you can see what happens in the holding pen when the crowd gate is in use.

Never enter the holding pen when the crowd gate is in use.
•
No children or unauthorized people are allowed in the milking parlor.
•
Keep hands or loose sleeves away from moving parts, such as the drive frames and the rotating
fence, when the crowd gate is working.
•
Moving parts can squeeze or injure you.
•
Never execute a check-up while the crowd gate is working.
•
Push the emergency stop on the control panel after every milking shift.
•
Moving parts must be checked by at least two people! One of them continuously uses the
control box while the other person checks the moving parts!
•
Safety function:
In order to prevent the hydraulic power pack from exceeding maximum pressure,
the hydraulic power pack has been provided with a hydraulic safety device. This has been set to
the required operation pressure in the factory and must
NEVER
be adjusted. This is why the safety
device has been sealed. If the seal is broken, the warranty concerning the power pack will become
null and void.
•
Between the milking times, when the gate is not used, it must always be in vertical position.
2.8 NOISE LEVEL
The noise level does not exceed 70 dB (A).
