a simple process that takes from ten to fifteen minutes. Microphones on a special headset worn
by the user sample the sound from the system at five different locations throughout the room,
analyzing the response from the speakers at each location.The ADAPTiQ system then makes
the necessary adjustments to the Lifestyle

system so it will automatically deliver a quality
Bose performance, customized for that particular room and its listeners, time after time.

It is important to get a variety of measurements so the system can evaluate your room.
We recognize that there may be fewer than five listening locations in some rooms, which
is why it is suggested that customers stand (or sit on the floor) to create the five different
locations in those situations.

you can turn off the ADAPTiQ audio calibration system. Using the remote, go to the on-
screen display (OSD) and choose AUDIO SETUP. Within the menu, highlight ADAPTiQ and
toggle to OFF.

you can further adjust the sound to your liking.
