Tips on economical use
■
Always fill the appliance with the
maximum amount of laundry for
each programme.
■
Wash normally soiled laundry
without pretreating.
■
For light and normal soiling in
laundry, you can save energy and
detergent.
■
The selectable temperatures apply
to the care labels on the textiles. The
temperatures in the appliance may
deviate from this so that you get the
optimum mix of energy-saving and
washing results.
■
Energy saving mode
: If the
appliance is not operated for a
prolonged period (approx. 5
minutes), the display panel lighting
goes out before the programme
starts and after the programme has
ended,

to activate the display backlighting.

If the laundry is then dried in the
appliance, select the maximum
possible spin speed. The less water
the laundry contains, the less time
and energy are required for drying.
