The grinding setting is
too ine or too coarse,
or not enough ground

Adjust the grinding unit to a
coarser or iner setting, or use
2 level measuring spoons of
ground coffee.

Brewing unit (5) is soiled. Clean brewing unit (5).
Too much pre-ground
coffee in the brewing unit

unit, see “Maintenance and
