Unpacking

UNPACKING

This mechanical equipment should be unpacked and
handled carefully.
Check for the following items:

One tool per housing

If an item appears to have been damaged in shipment,
replace it properly in its carton and notify the shipper.
If any items are missing, notify your Bosch Security
Systems Inc. Sales Representative or Customer Service.

The shipping carton is the safest container in which the
unit may be transported. Save it for possible future use.

If the unit ever needs repair service, the customer
should contact the nearest Bosch Security Systems, Inc.
Service Center for return authorization and shipping
instructions.

INSTALLATION

1. Remove the contents from the box.

2. Loosen the security fasteners using the toolhead

driver, and open the front half of the housing.

3. Remove the paper from the back side of the

window.

4. The Camera bracket can be mounted into the

housing in one of two ways, depending on camera
size and the desired angle (see FIGURE 1).

5. Place the housing in the corner and mark the

location of the four (4) mounting holes.

6. Pass the electrical and video cables through the

hole provided in the back of the housing.

7. Mount the housing by bolting it to the wall.

8. Make the electrical and camera connections.

USE 0NLY CLASS 2 POWER SUPPLY FOR
THE CAMERA.

9. Adjust the camera angle and tighten the camera

bracket. Loosen, but do not remove the nuts to
adjust the bracket.

10. Close the housing and tighten the security

fasteners.
